TECHNOVACION'22 is a 3 Day Global Project Manifestation conducted by Sri Sairam Engineering College IEEE Computer Society sponsored by IEEE SPAA in Collaboration with IEEE Educational Society of Sri Sairam Engineering College on, the 16th, 17th, and 18th of May 2022.

The motto of this event is to encourage the student community to transform their brainstorming ideas into real-time projects and products. Technovaciòn'22 does not expect masterminds, but the students who are willing to upgrade our society and Environment. This event also enhances the networking amongst students within their native country and overseas.

As a token of appreciation, Winners and most ingenious participants will be provided with exciting prizes, Internship opportunities, Professional Mentorship guidance, etc. for further expanding their projects in the future. We encourage innovations from all corners of the world, thus building up a Technology-centered efficient society.Technovaciòn'22 is about to set a benchmark for Rural Development and Sustainable & Technological Development.

IEEE stands for the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers. IEEE is the world's biggest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.

Sri Sairam Engineering College Computer Society Student Branch Chapter has been active since 2017. With the consistent efforts of passionate volunteers and Advisor Dr. Soma Prathiba, The branch has become highly vibrant as the years passed by.

Over the years 2020 & 2021, more than 70+ students along with Professionals have registered for the IEEE membership and engaged themselves in various volunteering activities at sectional, National as well as in Global levels.

Every year IEEE Day is celebrated lavishly on the 17th of February with lots of innovative events, National and International webinars for school and college students. Codefete, Step 2020, Technovacion’21 have been conducted by SSEC IEEE CS SBC with help of the SPAA organization. In 2021, The branch is still continuing its dedicated services to society and the Nation.

SSEC IEEE CS Society and ES Society feels ecstatic to collaborate with IEEE Inspire India for this Technovacion’22.

IEEE Inspire is a pilot programme run by the IEEE Sri Lanka Section and the IEEE India Office.
The seed grant proposal's goal is to deliver initiatives such as a lecture series, a directory of postsecondary educational possibilities, an online content repository, a discussion forum, and more.
The programme will be conducted in Sri Lanka and India to enhance fair access to higher-level educational resources.

This year’s Technovacion focuses on Rural Development by implementing technologies in the rural areas which creates a tremendous impact in the rural areas of the country. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "Blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all" The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030.

“We have not inherited this earth from our forefathers; We have borrowed it from our children”.

By adhering to SDG goals framed by the UN General Assembly, Sri Sairam Engineering College aims to encourage students to conserve the environment and pass on the legacy of mother earth to the future generation. So let's bring innovative solutions toward rural development.
